Because each piece is produced as part of a limited production run, we begin planning and allocating materials shortly after an order is placed.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production commitments have already been made and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to add items to an existing order once it’s been placed.
However, if you forgot something, you can still send us a message via the contact form here, mentioning your desired item, size and colour. We’ll do our best to combine orders and ship everything together.
Yes, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Sale items can also be returned unless otherwise noted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange*, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide the return instructions and address. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

We produce all our items in limited quantities and restock them based on demand. This approach helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of each piece.
When a new production run is needed, please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
